Thailand has issued a notice that effective October 2012, most low cost airlines and many domestic flights will be moved to Don Mueang Airport to alleviate congestion at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Meeting point at Suvarnabhumi Airport as follows;
“Please note that our hotel representative (mobile 66 (0) 80 301 9998 or 66 (0) 84 0478312.) will meet you after clearing the custom at exit “B” close to door 5 (Exit to outside) and you will find our representative holding a sign-board showing the Hotel’s name on the right-hand side. Per local regulations being enforced at this time we are unable to display your name on a placard, so please be sure to look for the Hotel sign-board instead being held by our representative”
Meeting point at Don-Mueng Airport as follows;
From Don-Mueng Airport, Arrival at Terminal 1, After customs clearance, pass Exit 4 and 5. Our hotel representative with a sign reading “Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers” will be waiting to assist you. Our hotel representative mobile 66 (0) 89 201 1923.
A VIP Airport Service is available whereby an escort will welcome guest upon exiting from the plane and assist through fast-track immigration toward meeting point with ground transportation. Fee for this service is Baht 1,000 net per person. For further comfort, cart transportation can also be arranged for an additional Baht 1,000 per cart.
The service is available for both arrivals and departures and must be arranged with our reservations team in advance.
In order to avoid cancellation charge /No-show charge for airport transfers, kindly find the condition as follow:
- Cancellation less than 24 hours until 6 hours prior the limousine booking time, we will charge 50 % of the total amount
- Cancellation less than 6 hours prior the limousine booking time we will charge 100 % of the total amount
- No show will be charged with 100%
