Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting product or service presentations, demonstrating features and benefits, and addressing customer inquiries to showcase the value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Closing Deals: Bringing the sales process to a successful conclusion by obtaining customer commitments and completing necessary paperwork or documentation.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
