Sales Executive Selangor – Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and attending industry events.
  2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting product or service presentations, demonstrating features and benefits, and addressing customer inquiries to showcase the value proposition.
  3. Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve win-win outcomes.
  5. Closing Deals: Bringing the sales process to a successful conclusion by obtaining customer commitments and completing necessary paperwork or documentation.
  6. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM software to manage customer information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  9. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies, provide market insights, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  10. Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  2. Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma in any field. Candidates graduated in Marketing/Commerce/Business/Library Science is preferable but not a mandatory requirements
  3. Dynamic, Independent, Results-Driven, Positive, Highly-motivated and ready to take up new challenges
  4. Ability to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written and verbally), other languages is a plus
  5. Adequate computer skills especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  6. Possess own car with a valid driving license
  7. Willing to travel within Malaysia
  8. Full-Time positions available

Business Development Executive

Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of the company’s principal products and services to corporate clients in Hong Kong. This individual will work closely with the Sales Manager, marketing team, and product team to identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and close deals. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, an understanding of the SaaS industry, and a proven track record of sales success.

Job description:

  • Research and manage an effective database for performing inbound and outbound leads
  • Cold call potential prospects to set up appointments or virtual presentations
  • Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Keep records of calls and sales accurately in a CRM (customer relationship management system) and record useful information for improvements
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for the company’s SaaS products across vertical markets in Hong Kong
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and check-ins
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging to drive sales
  • Work with the product team to stay up-to-date on new and upcoming products, and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiation and pricing
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Provide regular sales reports to management and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the SaaS business
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
