Compendium Programme Manager | CABI Compendium
I manage the team that develops, maintains and updates the CABI Compendium. This knowledgebase collates information on environmental and agricultural, production, health and biosecurity. Through intelligent data management, linkage and user interfaces the CABI Compendium offers knowledge, problem solving and decision-support. I’ve worked at CABI since 1996, starting in the CAB Abstracts Animal Health Team as a parasitology specialist, and joined the Compendium Team in 2000.
I joined CABI as Publisher for journals in 2022. My role is to oversee and develop the journals portfolio along with the preprint server, agriRxiv. I initially trained as a research scientist and completed a PhD in the field of ecology before moving into learned society and not-for-profit publishing in 2010.
